What always been a bit suspicious is that there is no such thing as a chat, you can only contact them via email. When i first started i had to make contact because i didn't receive the first deposit bonus which got reissued afterwards, took them about 5min to reply.. I had around 10 cashouts over the day at casinos using coinspaid as provider so that was definitely not the truth) Now here's the best part : After i while i thought to myself '' f it, double or nothing '' lol and busted my assets (0.5 eth at the highest point, that's when i submitted another cash out request that was canceled from their side right away as well) NO 20MIN AFTER MY MONEY WAS GONE, THEY WROTE ME A MAIL SAYING THE COINSPAID ISSUE IS SOLVED, THANKS FOR MY PATIENCE :'D Heard various stories just like this one about anonymous casino many times before but i always made smaller payments / cashouts so that's probably the reason why i never had those issues before... First larger cash out request & there we go ^^ Definitely my very very last visit

not a good casino The betting requirements are very high and the withdrawal methods are very austere, the online information is not clear and personally they have never solved my doubts I prefer other casinos with clearer terms to play here

I want to update my review as after talking to support and being told i can use multiple accounts for the welcome bonus and see that now the withdrawal bar is there i decided to give it another chance because it's a direx nv casino and i play them everyday. After multiple tries i was getting desperate as they were all going straight to 0 but today i decided to give it one last shot and finally i had a solid run. Went through the big wager and cashed out very good. Now waiting the withdrawal to see if they are really fast or not. So it is not as bad as i thought.

I went and looked at the welcome offer, 150x wager oh ya suuuure. Then i decided to still try but with a small deposit for fun in case. But just before i deposit i decide to look at cashout options... none. The page is blank! Im very happy i had this idea to check somehow and figure it was a one way thing.. money in... no out. Ouch I contacted the casino and said there was no cashout option, im told it will pop after i deposit. I deposit.. no withdrawal option. I decide to just start playing and see, with 150x wager might have some playtime at least. NO, straight 0! 2% wager! The worst bonus in my entire life! Pure scam! How in the world a casino have no cashout options, 150x wager and it goes straight dam rip!??! Don't go there guys they are fraud! wow
