Bet Phoenix, I remember it well. The manager and I had a discussion about four years ago. It turned into an ugly argument. Next thing I know, he has reported me for a cash back that never happened, and done everything he can manage to get me blackballed from any casino that will listen to him spew and foam at the mouth. I found out about it from a manager of another casino who is also a relative. He straightened out the mess and informed me that this idiot at Bet Phoenix was well known in the industry for his instability. Hope things have changed since then. My relative is out of the industry now and so I have no idea if the same man is still managing Bet Phoenix, but if he is, beware, and keep your hand on your wallet at all times...

I use to enjoy playing at BetPhoenix before it changed platforms. I had deposited numerous times but never cashed out. In fact it's changed platforms a couple of times which makes me hesitant to deposit when I see casinos doing this. More than likely I will make a deposit here but a very small one since I'm not a real big fan of Rival software.

Bet Phoenix Casino! I have a few words, what happened to them? This used to be by far the best casino to play online. Sure it was a Real Time Gaming casino, but with Nicholas Johnson being the rep it made things all better. It was nothing to log into your account and find a surprise waiting on you. You could find Nicholas all over the forums answering any questions we had and throwing tons of contests to show the appreciation of players the casino had. He always made sure players received their winnings and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I did deposit here since I thought it was the right thing to do to show the appreciation of the promotional offers that were handed out regularly. In my opinion when Nicholas left is when the casino started going downhill. I mean switching to the Rival platform that was probably the worst thing the casino could have done. My experience with the casino was good up until the point of no return when the reps started acting ridiculously rude and not caring about their players and when backend management decided to change the rules of the casino as they felt necessary. The only thing left untouched is the loyalty or comps program. You can still earn cashback from all your game play wagers which is always a plus. I have deposited many, many times at Bet Phoenix. Deposits go through fast and with no problems. The bonuses are fantastic but I have not found my niche at this casino and have never cashed out. mskinman is my username at BP. There\'s a jury still behind closed doors in my head about BetPhoenix. I think at this point they are still hung 50/50. Depositing was very easy, and $10 is extremely reasonable. Help and support was quick on site and seemed good, but half the time they gave me bad information. Contacting my casino rep was easy, and usually productive, but then was frustrating but probably my case was confusing at least AND weekends can\'t always be the best time to make contact.
