Can someone please tell me if they’ve had issues with casino extreme and being disconnected while in the middle of playing their slot machines but not realizing they were disconnected? I know this sounds like a weird question to ask but I’ve noticed over time since playing there that I’ll randomly get disconnected from their servers, but I won’t even know it happened because there will be no notification or automatic return to lobby feature. It’ll just let me continue to spin the reels and the only reason I’ll suspect something not being right is the fact that no matter what machine it is, it never fails that it’ll just stop paying out. February they pulled a fast one on the players and had some “super bowl tournament” for 6 days and during that time no cash back was permittted. I apologize for the lengthy comment, but players need to know about this... Casino Extreme is starting to play dirty tricks and it's very disappointing!! I attempted to make a deposit twice using my Visa this week, but I keep getting an error message saying: " We're sorry, but the transaction was not successful. Merchant unbinds the channel." I didnt know WTF that meant until I contacted them via chat and the agent told me that "At the moment direct credit/debit card deposit is disabled, and our casino is working on fixing the issue and enabling it." Then he suggested: "But you can use our new method for the deposit. You can buy bitcoin with your credit card, after that simply go to the Cashier and select the deposit method "Buy crypto with card" and follow the steps which Cashier will provide." Which is a process I had attempted the day before, only to go through the entire lengthy process of setting up an account with a company named Moonpay, including going through the identification process, and having to scan a QR code and scan my face, etc. I went through all of that, only to find out that: "We're sorry, but your request to purchase USD 39 of BTC has been declined. The failure reason is "Transaction declined." Well, I called my credit card company they said that no transactions were even attempted, let alone declined.
