After a lot of discussion they keep finding a reason not to pay withdrawals. I have a 3500 ammount i am sure i will never be able to have back. Feels like a huge scam. STAY AWAY.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal to be paid out for 132 hours now... i deposited without using a bonus and i am still waiting. My verification process was done and i already withdrew twice in the casino and before it took 12 hours or a day but now they are not paying me, i have 2 pending withdrawals at the moment. In their terms and conditions, it says within 72 hours so they do not respect their own terms and conditions. Could someone pleasse tell me who to contact to get this further because i have a feeling they will not pay me until i do so?

They finally paid out last night, both of my withdrawals. Apparently they needed something in plus for the verification. This is not good because they do no send emails if something is missing, it is up to you to go in the chat and ask, they need to change this.
