I used to love Jackpot Capital, Ive cashed out many times, the games paid out really good but the withdrawls were slow. I dont play there any more because they closed my account due to a dispute I had with intertops red.

Personally, I have never deposited at this casino, there are two reasons I havent the first being because of the wait that used to be associated with cashing out, even with crypto it takes three days, not sure if this has been changed or not. I took the 100 FS promo for this casino. It was 100 FS on a game of their choice. I really don't care much for that kind of promo. This casino belongs to the same gaming group as GrandVegas casino. However I think the casino is a little more loose but their bonuses are definitely nothing compared to grandevegas. Some of their bosses have an obnoxiously high play through, and almost impossible to make. I very much appreciated the birthday bonus that JackpotCapital gave on me. I dislike it because its simply terrible when it comes thru withdrawals. They gave the birthday bonus on 26th of October and its 3th of November already. A 48 hours of account verification, after I sent those documents on 27, I waited. On 29 I talk with their support and he said that they didnt received my documents. So I sent it again. On 31 I chat on their support and then he said that they receive it already and approval of the right department and a word of please be patience. So I did it on the 1st of November, i know its holiday but I just want to check if my account is already verified and on this day 3 of November as in right now I get is a very unreasonable answer, the image was unclear. I sent an image with very clear and readable as in 101% clear. So I just calm and I sent another an image with me holding my drivers licence 6 pcs, and me holding my passport 6pcs. Wanted to try out the casinos tournaments but you have to download the casino software in order to do so. I feel like there Is something fishy about casinos wanting you to download their software. The first cashout from gambling in my life was at jackpot capital thanks to no deposit bonus and I cashed out without any deposit. However, there are only 2 bad things : the payout to Neteller account takes 48 hours and have to download to participate in tournaments.

I have an account here for some years, but decided to make my first deposit about 2 months ago, and I'm extremely disappointed of the Customer Servise!! But, the pending withdrawal time is too long compared to other good RTG casinos. It is 48 hours which probably exclude weekend and holidays. But, as long as this period finishes, they pay out within 24 hours. Jackpot Capital gives 100% above bonuses very often. But, I find that the games are very tight. Now they told me that i won the jackpot in points because at the time i was playing and won the jackpot i was in a tournament so therefore it was points and not dollars.
