mostbet is one of the most wasting app in my life really i deposite money morning at the time 10:43 AM then i contact the support chat first person on support chat is very shameful person really they close chat in the mid nonsense the i conact again and start the chat again they say send these details these details alot of details they demand and there support chat can't comprmise with me really and still this money not added poor support really GAMING ID 104685375 STILL THEY PROCESS AND SAY WAIT WAIT WIAT today i update this review that my problem was not solved live chat person say again wait you recieve mail you recieve mail i am getting old but mail not recieved and one most disgusting thing is that they can't listen the problem i say when i recieved the mail they close the chat in the mid really my life bad experience is that I don't know which sins i do that i deposite money on mostbet really i can't shame when i born but i shame when i deposite money on mostbet

pretty much everything went wrong during the registration process, which ended in a profile filled out with a nickname and no other information and that ran in polish currency. currency cannot be changed without support (pardon me?) nothing else either. live support couldn't help, one should try via email. no answer. for months. tried to close the account today. not possible. forever back and forth. finally, to "verify" that I am the owner of this account, I should send my ID card. We remember: there is no personal data in the profile itself. when I pointed this out I was told it was necessary to withdraw money. but I don't want to withdraw any money, I just want to close the account! I told the support this again. chat was then closed due to inactivity. craziness. deposit money there? never ever.

The casino wasn't the best on my smartphone, I should changed to laptop to check it out ,I didn't get to see much of the casino but noticed it has a sport betting tab , the hardcase thing for me was there were more different currencies than I've ever seen available but there was no NZD or AUD , unless they were all crypto currencies but I didn't recognize them . Account frozen right after 2nd deposit. No explanation, support useless, tech supports answers with 1 reply in a week speed. The only one thing I did wrong - used VPN to gamble (they discouraging you to use it). And I lost my dep, so what's the problem. Also, they offer a lot of trash bonuses which I don't want to have, but they leave me no choice.
