Very much enjoyed this casino at first. Welcome bonus is good and easily wagered. The verification process too them 8 days before I could withdrawal. A little to long to me. My main issue to why I havnt deposited here anymore is the lack of incentive offered by casino and the support is out if the 4 interactions is had. 3 were very off putting and added to me not depositing again. There's no cashback program right now and when you loose your clean deposits don't look for help from support with spins or anything. Also there's no bonuses for existing players, only new. If they change any of that it would be a great casino.

Took 4 days to get verified. Had to make a verification deposit to withdrawal bonus. Min deposit is $10 but was told to do $15. I deposited and the and waited almost an hour did not show up in my balance. Customer service held it and didn't inform it.
