So 2 hours ago I was sent a mail from them, that If I registed with a code I would receive 25 free spins upon signing up. I register and giving relevant kyc information as usual, and when finishing the sign up by pressing the 2nd link they send on e-mail I cant find the spins. Icontact live support, which is offline(lol) so I send a mail to which they actually replied pretty fast, but they are complete scam, hear this ; "We appreciate your interest in using the promo code. However, it seems our system has identified some similarities between your account and others, and, unfortunately, the promo code isn't eligible for you." So I ask them to provide some info, and they told me to complete the KYC verification and their team will get back to me. I ask if they are not ashamed asking me to go full KYC for the "team" to get back with an explanation. Next thing I know Im logged out and if trying to login im greeted with "Login error, user disabled" So, this is scam casino wasting my time and they will or have already wasted yours if you are reading this. Waste my time signing up, sending mails etc only to get disrespected. I wanna fight owner of casino irl.

I had a bad experience with this casino, they did not respect my account closure demand and i lost more than what i wanted. And after what i read about someone's complaints with them, they tried to avoid paying a big win by lying and accusing the player for having a multiple account. Why doesn't it surprise me?
