Ya they have always been solid at paying out in 72hrs. Untill 2021. I have had 2 payout requests so far this year and the first one ($400) took almost 3 weeks (They said I had to send a new set of documents after 5 years of playing there!!-What a Joke) and the 2nd one ($1,030.00) is still pending after 4 days.

They do have very good bonuses for deposit but I made a deposit in litecoin for a small amount $25 worth and wanted to use one of the bonus deposits with it. When I copy and pasted the address they provided, hours went by and my deposit still was not present. So on coinbase it shows my deposit was verified and when I looked on to the blockchain cypher website the transaction was completed but when I look closely on the litecoin explorer cypher, it seems that the amount that I deposited went to an address that started with a 3 as if it was a Bitcoin address. When trying to log on recently, I had to retrieve my forgotten password and after resetting it I was informed I was unable to log in and had to contact support. I like Uptown Aces, I've made a couple good cashouts there. They pay promptly and the bonuses are good. The only downside is they were quick to put me on a bonus restriction after my first cashout even though my total deposits amount was more than my payout. I would definitely play there more often if they removed my bonus restriction. Other than that its an all around great RTG casino, and I would definitely recommend them.

I joined this casino not too long ago and already, I have reached the playthrough of one of the no deposit/free chip coupons and on top of that, profited almost $500.
