I have been member for a long time made deposits using bitcoin finally accumulated enough points to cash in a 15 free spins won 3.80 and play through the requirement and cashed out 150.00 it was denied and reversed I wish I never wasted money or my time on this site hopefully this review with keep another person from doing this same.

I dont like this site. They pay out time frame is ridiculous. You can have great games but when it takes several days to cash out that is truly unfair and that’s why I stopped playing here obviously

I did not like the way this software played on a mobile device. It al felt just a bit out of date. The game selection however was very nice customer support was so so with questions I didn’t care for their bonus choices.

Casino Grand Bay is a terrible casino, nothing more. The only slots they have are from the Saucify provider that is one if not the worst provider i ever tried. Their slots are awful, they have no potential at all and you will have to bet way more than you are used to if you want a chance to cashout something. Also they give no deposit offer and big deposit bonuses but like RTG sites, odds of not being paid are huge. I tried them once, it was the first every Saucify casino i tried. At the time i registered the only currency available to me (canada) was the USD so i opened my account in USD. Then i forgot about this site. A few later it came back on my browser and i remembered i had no deposit money in there so i went back, wagered and cashed out the maximum of 150$ they allowed. 1 week later i receive an e-mail saying my cashout was declined and all money removed from my account because i had opened my account in USD and not in CAD to make more money (1 usd= 1.30$ cad roughly) so it was a clear abuse of the terms. What happened is that between the time i opened my account and the time i went back to play they added other currencies. But it wasn't allowed in your page to change currency so i could not open a new account or it was breaking terms for bonus abuse to open more than one account. I explained them but they were too happy to not pay me so they never changed anything and i have been scammed out of 150$. But let's be honest, did i expect to see money ever? If i let 100$ sit in my account for months without thinking about it, it kind of says it all. But being told stupidities like that was enough to confirm that these casinos are to be avoided at all cost.

this one is my go to for suacify casinos. support is fast, and my credit card gets accepted. never had a wininig session yet, but I feel its coming.

When i started playing at Grand Bay casino i thought that they were one of the best casino but later on bad news and posts from forum about problems with Casino Grand Bay and even at Casino Miester and even here , i think the warnings are enough reason for me not to play in this casino again.

At another forum Casino Grand Bay offered a bonus without a deposit of 20 euros with a wagering x60. Well, if it's free, why not try it? I played for a very long time, but I could not perform the wager requirements. Perhaps because there is only one provider. I did not like it.

Played here one time with the minimum deposit amount,they were very rude about giving a free chip before I actually deposited,and then when I lost I thought okay I will give it a shot,I was @ 97% on my bonus and it fell straight thru even though I switched games several times to try to even it out.I would avoid this casino at all cost.

This casino group is known for killing it's Affiliates Program, and other Rouge behavior. I used to deposit at Grandbay back when they were Microgaming.

Wow, I used the "Dinos" bonus which provides 20 free spins on the Digging For Dinosaurs slot, and out of those 20 spins, only 1 hit. That one hit awarded me a feature though, which provided 10 free spins.... Then, out of those 10 spins, not a single one hit. So out of 30 spins, only one paid, and it paid very little. I've had my fair share of slumps, but that has to be a record for me. Don't anyone even waste your time with the ndb, let alone deposit.

I have to say despite the warnings I still deposited played and have cashed out several times with them with no issues what so ever .. I love Bet on Soft software with that said I was a loyal depositing player until one day without notice they changed from Bet On Soft to Saucify although there games remained the same but I do not like when a group of casinos make changes without letting there players know up front and to date they never have informed any player of this change . I have played there only with free chip bonuses. I have to say that at first I had nice impression- the support was good, game selection seemed decent. The thing is they are a part of Grand Prive group and they have odd bonus restrictions so if you're playing there with free bonus, ask support first whether you can even claim it (happened to me once in another this group casino- I wagered free chip and chat said I wasn't supposed to get it in the 1st place.)

Back in their Microgaming days I had an INCREDIBLE run of luck here. They stalled and stalled with my withdrawal and I ended up reversing and losing almost all of it back. I gave up online gambling for about 4 years. When I started back they were Bet On Soft. I played there a bit but I do not generally like that software (with some exceptions) and if I choose to play Bet On Soft I think the Genesys Group is a far better choice. I no longer deposit there.

my theory on why this casino group are on the top favorites is because... unlike other casinos.... this bunch hardly has any no deposit bonus codes and if they do, u have to be a depositer. and they offer tournaments throughout the week. personally.... i deposit even though once i won 200$ off a cash deposit with no added bonus code and i kept getting the run around. when i went to withdrawal, the icon wasnt lit up so i couldnt even click on it... i know,,,, weird! anyways, i still play cause they have nice customer service and i love how they associate themselves with a NAME like it really is a birth giving name!
