I find it kind of strange how there are several casinos that operate using Betsoft as their one game provider and all of these casinos seem to have some sort of issues with reliability and trustworthiness. I just registered with this Casino and tried to redeem the code TOE40. I was unable to redeem the code and contacted customer service who informed that I was not eligible to redeem the code as I didnt sign up through the link of the third party( I did) and i wasn’t a new player( I was). This casino has a problem with deposits. I made a deposit here and they never credited my account. I contacted their customer service and they said it did not go through. It was taken out of my bank account and I even sent them a copy of my bank statement and they said the charge was not them. I told them that if the charge is not you I will have to dispute the charge with the bank. Than the casino got the dispute which they said was not theirs they black listed me for a deposit they said i lost. Because of their lies I was barred from several other casinos.
